15Five is a great tool for establishing employee connection, feedback and appraisal.
15Five was a great tool to leverage in establishing employee communication and reviews. The tool served its purpose to a huge value and ensured that the investment on the tool was worth it.
Pros
15Five helped us with establishing employee's connection not only during virtual period of work but also during physical work hours. The periodic inputs and feedback on 15Five enable the key areas of focus and the next immediate steps to be done by the employee. There are auto notifications when there is any update on it to the linked email.
Cons
At times, there is no clarity on the update made and a bit tough to locate the exact area.

Great software for feedback!
My overall experience is great! it's the 1st time I use a software like that which I like it a lot! very convenient for management and the employees. It's an open communication within both parties.
Pros
What I like the most of 15Five is how moder and easy to use for the employees. I like how it is set up and how convenient it is.
Cons
I wish it had features of giveaways or gift card options to those top employees!

Helpful tool for meetings and staying on track
Pros
I like that I can keep my questions for my manger here. It helps with my visibility as well. I have also changed managers a few times and it's nice to see what each of them has said during my time working with them.
Cons
Would love for it to have some kind of widget where I can make simple updates in slack or my notion page.

Some useful features--but be prepared to be nickeled and dimed!
We know that 15Five can easily prorate their charges based on usage because they will do so whenever it suits their interests. However, if you ask them to prorate your usage based on needing to pause 15Five, they will say that it is impossible. They will point to some fine print in their contract. When you consult the contract, the said fine print is actually not there. They will then find a separate fine print contract linked somewhere in their terms. I don't think their greed is actually legal based on principles of contract law, but I don't have the energy to fight their nickel and diming. This is just not the kind of ethics and company principles that you want to work with. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.
Pros
Some of the features were useful, such as the weekly check-in with customizable questions.
Cons
15Five's customer service was very poor. If you so much as add a single additional employee for a single day, they will bill you immediately. If you seek to put a hiatus on using 15Five services, they will NEVER refund or credit or work with you in any way.

Best Tool for Goal Tracking & Feedback
I use 15five to fill out a weekly survive for my manager to review and then on the flip side for me to review my strategist's check in. We use it to see overall vibe, priorities, and check in on goals and objectives.
Pros
Makes it really easy to track my own goals and progress as well as across the team. Super helpful format to have check ins with my mentee.
Cons
The interface isn't the most intuitive at times and I have to click around to get to where I want to go
