> **Pros**: I like the Deal function and the ability to put contacts into groups. - Deals allows me to keep track of all contacts and emails related to a particular Deal. - Groupings for my contacts allows me to find a contact, even if I can only remember what they do....and not their name....I look up the group, and then find the contact.

> **Cons**: Biggest challenge is the slowness of the system at certain times of the day. I like to keep my CRM current and complete and sometimes when having a lot of new information to add to the system, the waiting for an entry to save frustrates me.
> 
> I am very happy with ClientLook and looking to learn more of its functions.
