# Sitemark – Website Feedback

> Sitemark is website feedback software for teams that build and maintain websites for clients. Instead of sending screenshots and long emails, reviewers leave comments directly on the page they are looking at.

How it works: install the Sitemark Chrome extension (it also runs in Edge and other Chromium browsers), enable it for the site under review, and click any heading, button, image or section to attach a note. Each note records the element, the page URL and a screenshot, along with the reviewer's browser, operating system and window size.

Where it is used: live websites, staging environments protected by a password, local development servers and web applications that require a login. The website itself needs no code snippet or plugin.

Managing the work: notes from designers, developers and clients are collected per project on a board that can be sorted by severity (five levels) or grouped by status, and filtered by assignee, due date or device. Each note has a threaded discussion that updates in real time, and people are notified when they are @mentioned. A report link lets a client read all the feedback without an account; adding feedback needs a free account and the extension. Reviews can be exported as PDF, CSV or JSON.

Plans include a free tier and a 14-day trial with no credit card required. Paid plans are priced per workspace, with unlimited users.
