They have fantastic customer service (a rare technical glitch last week was identified and resolved within 15mins - go team\!) training and setup are fantastic, and easy to refresh your learning on a feature you haven’t used before or for a new team member. > > **Cons**: Because its core is so well defined - and primarily aimed at the residential builder/sub trades market - larger, more complex projects can sometimes struggle to be accommodated to the most efficient means. But it still gets the job done. You just might need to be more creative in the way you use it. Advanced editing skills (coding) are required to make any real changes to the quote output - however AI has changed the lay-persons’ ability to access and control these features. Grab a coffee, log into your AI platform and see what you can accomplish.
