# PressPilot

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/698596/PressPilot

> PressPilot helps small teams get press coverage without an agency or a newswire contract. It covers the three steps of a press release campaign in one place: writing, choosing the journalists, and following up.

Writing: an AI assistant turns a short brief into a structured press release in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese, with a headline, a lead paragraph, quotes and a company boilerplate. You keep full control and edit everything before sending.

Choosing the journalists: search a database of more than 45,000 journalist contacts in 78 countries by country, topic, sector or outlet name, and build a list of the reporters who actually cover your subject. You can also add your own press contacts.

Sending and following up: PressPilot emails the release to your list and reports, for each journalist, whether the email was opened, a link was clicked or a reply came in. Journalists can mark themselves as interested in one click, and automatic follow-ups can go to those who did not open. Each campaign can publish a public page on presspilot.io that journalists cite as their source, and your releases are gathered in a hosted newsroom.

Billing is per journalist reached, with credits that never expire and no annual commitment. The first five sends are free.
