The difference is Helio, the AI that does the work rather than reporting it. It investigates an alert on the machine, finds the cause, writes a reversible fix and waits for your approval. When the alert clears it closes the ticket and records what changed.

Every plan includes everything: Windows and third-party patching, Microsoft Defender status, Microsoft 365 health, browser-based remote access, branded client portals, generated QBRs, asset lifecycle and backup monitoring. One code-signed agent covers Windows, Windows Server, macOS and Linux.
