Plan your batches on a week board that checks each one against stock before the day. On the floor, operators work from the recipe sheet: they weigh what goes in, record lots and checkpoints, and log any correction. A finished batch is sealed with its inputs, output, yield and cost, and can be held until you release it.

From that plan, BatchDash tells you what to buy and from whom, with the last day to order. The list comes grouped by vendor in whole packs, ready to become draft purchase orders.
