Guests write at every hour, and TravelPal answers them at every hour, in whatever language they wrote in. Its answers come from your own listing data and your own past message history, not from a generic script, so it sounds like your property and not like a bot. It reads the whole conversation rather than only the last handful of messages, so a reply on day five still knows what you promised on day one.

It also sells. Late checkout, early check-in and mid-stay cleaning are offered in the conversation at the prices you set, and the guest pays by card without leaving the chat. Airbnb guests pay through Airbnb's Resolution Center. VRBO, Booking.com and direct guests pay by a secure card link. Every sold change is written back onto the reservation in Guesty, so the front desk and the cleaning crew see it where they already look. A late checkout or early check-in is only ever offered when the cleaning calendar has room for it, so nothing sells that would break a turnover.

Each stay also gets a private digital guidebook with your recommendations, your bookable extras, and tours from Viator.

Just as important is where it stops. Complaints and refund requests halt the AI and alert a person. Anything it cannot answer confidently is held for your team, and your reply reaches the guest in the same voice. A door code goes out only when that exact code is on file for that unit. Every fact behind an answer can be read, deleted or overwritten by hand.

Billing is flat: $25 per unit per month, with no onboarding fee, no commission on the upsells you sell, no message caps and no surcharge for growth. Setup is one form and one Guesty API key, and your listings import themselves. A Miami property management company runs TravelPal across 111 units; in the 30 days to October 3, 2026 it sold 61 extras worth $7,803.
