> AgenciesForge is an all-in-one system for care agencies: behavioral health, substance use, pediatric, DD/IDD waiver, home health, non-medical home care, case management and adult residential.

Intake, scheduling, documentation, visit verification, eligibility, claim submission, remittance posting and denial appeals all run on one patient record, replacing the separate tools most agencies stitch together.

Clinicians document in SOAP, BIRP, DAP or GIRP. An AI scribe drafts the note from a spoken summary of the visit, and a person reviews and signs it. Home health teams complete OASIS-E2, Plans of Care and Notices of Admission. Waiver providers track incidents, person-centered plans, authorization units and caregiver credentials. Caregivers verify visits with GPS from a mobile app, and each verified visit is reconciled against the claim billed for it.

The clearinghouse is included, with a 15-point audit on every claim before submission and appeal letters drafted from the payer's denial reason.

Agencies that are not yet licensed can use AgenciesForge to reach state certification and Medicaid enrollment, following a roadmap specific to their state and service lines.

Pricing is by active clients, never by seat. Setup is free and billing begins when the agency goes live.
