Shops manage inventory down to the individual unit and size, with real-time availability across walk-in and online bookings, so a size is never oversold. The counter board shows today's pickups, gear out and returns. Staff hand out equipment by scanning a barcode or QR code, collect an e-signed rental agreement on a tablet, and record cash or card payments, split payments and damage deposits. Pricing covers any duration, from an hour to several weeks, with seasonal rules.

Online bookings are paid upfront through Stripe and paid out to the shop's bank account. Travelers book the exact model and size on rentouri.com before they arrive.

Also included: weekly calendar, analytics, staff roles, multi-location, EUR and PLN, English and Polish. From 99 EUR per month. Commission only on marketplace bookings.

- **Pricing Details**: Rentouri is priced per rental business, not per user. Every plan includes the full rental ERP: inventory with sizes, real-time availability, online bookings on rentouri.com, walk-in POS, signed rental agreements and analytics. Every plan takes the same 10% commission on marketplace bookings; plans differ only in size and support. We publish two price lists: international (EUR) and Polish (PLN).

INTERNATIONAL PRICING (EUR, excl. VAT)
- Start: €29/month or €278/year. 1 location, up to 100 items, self-serve setup, email support.
- Growth: €99/month or €950/year. 1 location, up to 500 items, we set up your inventory for you, email support.
- Pro: €199/month or €1,910/year. Up to 3 locations, up to 1,500 items, setup included, phone and email support 7 days a week.
- Enterprise: custom quote for shops with more than 1,500 items or more than 3 locations. Unlimited locations and items, custom commission, dedicated manager.

POLISH PRICING (PLN, net)
- Start: 69 zł/month or 662 zł/year
- Standardowy (Growth): 249 zł/month or 2,390 zł/year
- Pro: 449 zł/month or 4,310 zł/year
- Enterprise: custom quote
Limits, support and commission are the same as in the EUR list.

COMMISSION
10% on bookings that come through the rentouri.com marketplace, on Start, Growth and Pro alike. Bookings you take in person or by phone are always commission-free.

Yearly billing saves about 20%. No setup fees, no contracts, cancel anytime. Unlimited staff accounts on every plan.
