Each is scoped by the number of branches, courts, and staff seats a club needs, rather than charged per court or per booking, so clubs don't pay more as their bookings grow.

Lite covers the core of running a club: bookings, peak and off-peak pricing, recurring reservations, coaching packages, payments, point-of-sale, and a listing on the Playgeko player marketplace. Growth adds the tools for growing revenue: membership and voucher sales, the CRM with renewal, upsell, and churn flags, tournaments and leagues, dynamic pricing, automated matchmaking, the AI assistant, and the admin mobile app. Custom is built for multi-branch operators and larger facilities that need automated email and WhatsApp messaging, white-labeling, custom integrations, or a tailored setup.

There is no standard setup fee. Custom work such as integrations, payment implementation, communication channels, banking setup, or a white-label app and website is scoped and quoted separately.

Every plan includes onboarding, data import from your current system, and a full training session for your staff. Clubs can cancel a monthly plan at any time, and their data stays theirs, with full export available.
