Recurring appointments. Leave and holidays marked as unavailable so nothing is booked into them. End times calculated from the service duration. Client records with contact details and notes, split into active, inactive and blocked, importable from Excel or CSV. Automatic e-mail updates to clients and staff when an appointment is created or changed. A daily operations screen showing the day's bookings and the revenue collected that week. Orders and payments beside the bookings they belong to, with outstanding balances listed explicitly. Reports across appointments, clients and revenue for the period you choose. Role-based access, an audit trail on every change, and GDPR-aligned data handling — on every plan, including the free one.

What it does not do
Frequenter runs on iOS and Android; there is no web dashboard. It does not connect to third-party calendars or payment providers, and it does not send SMS or WhatsApp messages. There is no public booking page for clients to book themselves, and no client self-service portal. If any of those are requirements today rather than preferences, this is the wrong shortlist entry and it is better to know now.

Who it suits
Businesses where the owner or manager runs the book from a phone during the working day, wants the whole team on one calendar without paying per seat, and needs client history and revenue in the same place as the appointments.
