Vantage Desk is built for agencies, consultancies and other client-facing service teams, typically somewhere between a handful of people and a few hundred. If your projects live in one tool, your status updates in another, your timesheets in a spreadsheet and your client reports in a slide deck someone rebuilds every Friday, it was designed for you.

What it does
It puts your boards, task lists, Gantt timelines, calendar, workload view and live analytics in one workspace, with 16 modules in total. Managers can see project health and overdue work at a glance, and a colour-coded capacity heatmap shows who is overloaded weeks before it turns into a missed deadline. Time tracking with billable rates and project budgets update as the work happens, so a project running over budget shows up early rather than at invoice time.

What makes it different
Client visibility is built in. You can give each client a branded, read-only link to their own project, with an expiry date you set and a revoke you control. There are no guest seats to pay for and no client accounts to manage. On the Business plan, Vantage branding comes off client-facing pages and reports entirely.

The built-in AI handles the retyping. Paste an email or drop in a Word file, PDF, spreadsheet or Teams meeting transcript, and Vantage Desk proposes the projects, tasks and sub-tasks it describes, with owners and dates where the document gives them. Run it again after the next meeting and it updates the existing project instead of creating a duplicate. It can also build an editable PowerPoint report from a live project. Nothing is saved until you approve it, hours and budgets are always calculated from your real data, and AI is included from the Professional plan with no credits or usage meters.
