What it does day to day: clients book from your own public booking page that shows real availability, choose services and add-ons, and get an automatic text confirmation. The day before, a reminder text goes out so fewer people forget. Client and pet profiles keep breeds, weights, coat notes, vaccination records, photos and pop-up handling reminders together, so whoever is at the front desk knows a dog is nervous around clippers before he arrives. The calendar handles recurring appointments, blocked time and shared schedules for a team. Weight-based service pricing, deposits, and no-show fees are built in, and revenue reports stay accurate because you record cash or card payments at pickup.

Extras you will actually use: an AI morning brief of the day ahead, voice-dictated pet notes after each groom, AI photo import of your paper appointment book when you move off paper, Google Calendar and CSV import, and GroomTrack, which texts the client when a mobile groomer is on the way.

Pricing is flat and simple: Starter $9, Solo $19 and Salon $39 per month, each with a monthly text allowance (100, 250 and 600 texts) and packs of 100 extra texts for $5 a month. Yearly billing gives two months free. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial with full access and no credit card.

> **Pros**: I like how GroomBoard accommodates to your needs. They respond quick to emails and to any questions you have. the appointment system is very easy to manage and very detailed which helps alot when booking, making accounts and checking in clients. i love that they also provide you with your own booking page which is really easy to use as well. They also keep track of your reports such as money, clients booked, appointments completed, etc it is very helpful\! Its also really nice that they send out confirmation texts and reminders. you can also set up client intake forms and policies for them to sign before appointments. The monthly pricing for everything it comes with is so affordable and worth the money\!

> **Cons**: honestly so far as of now no cons\! only thing was we were having a hard time trying to delete client profiles but we reached out and they were super quick to fix the issue and add it for us to be able to have that option.
