ZepDesk operates on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH within the European Union, ensuring no data transfers to third countries. It complies with GoBD requirements through immutable booking records, complete audit trails, and ten-year data retention as specified in section 147 AO. The system includes integrated tools for CRM, inventory management, payroll, project time tracking, workflows, and GDPR compliance. It supports unlimited users and transactions per company.

Kapitalgesellschaft (79 €/Monat) für UG, GmbH und AG mit Bilanz, E-Bilanz und Anlagenbuchhaltung; sowie ein individueller Tarif für Steuerkanzleien mit mandantenfähiger Verwaltung mehrerer Firmen, dessen Preis auf Anfrage vereinbart wird. 

Alle Tarife umfassen denselben vollständigen Funktionsumfang inklusive aller Plugins, der Unterschied liegt ausschließlich in den gesetzlichen Anforderungen der jeweiligen Rechtsform.
