About Agile CRM

Agile CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for small and midsize businesses. It offers contact management, telephony tools, appointment scheduling, marketing automation, project management, a landing-page builder and knowledge base functionalities. The contact management module lets users record and access customer data such as contact information, interaction records, social-media accounts and lead scores. The software also offers email integration, which allows users to sync data with email services including Gmail, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 and IMAP services. Users can track website visitors to analyze customer behavior, and marketing automation tools help users create marketing workflows with a drag-and-drop interface. Users can also send automatic reminders based on time and contact options. Agile CRM also includes task management functionality. Users can drag-and-drop tasks in lists, sort tasks, add notes and update task status. Social media integrations allow users to publish and respond to posts on social channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Pricing is per user per month. Phone and email support is available.

AgileCRM automates digital marketing for us

Agile CRM is the most important program within our company. We use it for the purpose of preserving our customer and prospect databases, managing email rounds, tracking contracts, reporting and a bit of marketing automation. We will often bring people in for a short period of time to use the system, especially if they are in a project management position. The mobile app, which has just been released, is excellent and offers almost all the fundamental features of the web version.

Pros

Agile CRM has some very remarkable Marketing Automation abilities that we are exploiting for now. It is possible to set up fundraising strategies, automated responses, and with Workato, it is possible to do even more. Agile CRM helps us get an accurate idea of where we are with respect to any possible deal. It monitors the replicas we enter freehand along with exhibits email correspondence and associated people, and handles things with the simple drive of a mouse. It is such an important portion of our company that you may not imagine an existence without it. If we didn't have it, it would mean missing important calls, not having up-to-date contact with many customers, suppliers and prospects, and losing track of them.

Cons

At the negotiation table, I would like Agile to report the number of days the agreement has lasted in that position. This information can be found in different places, but owning it on the Kanban board would be wonderful. I would like Agile CRM to also exhibit a figure of how existing marketing campaigns and automations relate to each other, in order to avoid nasty or repeated emails and other actions. It would be significantly more optimal if it were possible to access more information on the screen so you wouldn't have to dig so far outside the program and make decisions before executing your projects.

Agile CRM - Lots of features, mediocre execution

I really want to like it. Such a good price for great features and a good UI. But some glitches prevent me from using it any longer.

Pros

Great features for the price. Nice User Interface. Intuitive.

Cons

Email marketing bounces back and other email challenges never really got resolved.

Alternatives Considered

Pipedrive and HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Choosing Agile CRM

To get more features at a lower price point.

Year long experience in Agile CRM - an engineer’s perspective

I have used this for a year and a half and it is pretty good platform to use if you are a sales guy. Since I belong to the engineering team, mostly we use it for collaboration amongst team members for our daily tasks and discuss progress. It comes with a provision to monitor backlog tasks and prioritise them accordingly. We use its tagging feature to analyse the higher priority items and pick them in future sprints. Overall a good tool

Pros

I like the analytical reporting feature of Agile CRM. It helps me monitor time spent on tasks, milestones achieved. This is very helpful in sprint planning and demonstrating progress to stakeholders. It is a useful tool for collaboration in an agile setting. It also comes with integration with other tools we use like Jira and Github, so automatically updates made here are synced with other integrated tools. This is very helpful and saves time

Cons

The UI of agile crm has scope of improvement. Sometimes it becomes slow due to larger backlogs, hence collaboration is difficult. The costing is slightly higher based on features offered. The learning time is relatively higher for a newbie

A good mid level crm but not top shelf

Overall it’s a good tool but not our preference. We would use a competitor if we wanted the full crm experience.

Pros

It’s easy to navigate and use but not as easy and functional as other crms on the market

Cons

It feels disjointed. Other crms feel all inclusive and easier to use.

Alternatives Considered

Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Choosing Agile CRM

It was to help a client as they were already signed into a contract with smart sheets so we APId the data out of the system into another

Switched From

HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Switching to Agile CRM

The client was already using it so we had to operate from the same structure of software
