Our employees log in to record their hours, request time off, and supervisors approve time sheets. All of it is very easy to understand and accomplish. The Administrative side is easy to set-up and make changes to. I also really liked that mileage could be charged out in the timesheet and exported into a spreadsheet for import into our payroll system. There was even a spot to upload the mileage sheets so our backup was all right there in the timesheet. > > **Cons**: At setup finding the right formatting of a CSV or .text file that would format to import into our accounting system was a little challenge. There was no way that the export would come out perfect so we did have to do a little formatting for the imports to accounting and imports of leave and paystubs worked going back into Clockwise, but within a couple weeks it was all up and running smoothly with minimal formatting needed. I wish that even though the timesheets were bi-weekly that it would have totaled each week up for us, that would have made life easier to figure out OT. > > Overall I really thought Clockwise was user friendly and pretty self-explanatory. It was easy to add new program codes in. The reports function was easy to use and understand and were able to manipulate to the dates you needed easily.
