The ability to easily grant access and remove access without the users ever having to know the actual privileged credentials that are in use. The product provides the ability to manage credentials and automatically reset credentials. It provides the ability to run scripts with elevated privileges, unknown to the user. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent. > > **Cons**: The interface is a little hard to navigate regarding records management. It works and is simple to understand, but I think it could use some work to make it more easily accessible. A management portal/interface that shows some of the behind the scenes configuration might be helpful also.
