> **Pros**: Zapier was the easiest part of the entire process without that integration it would have been even more of a nightmare.

> **Cons**: The bank flagged all payments to this company as suspicious, unable to pay, poor support and charged us for a frozen and cancelled account.
> 
> Support was poor from the beginning and we had to hire a freelancer to get basic support that could actually help.&#10;&#10;All payments were marked as suspicious by the bank and the card was locked every time they attempted to charge us, the account was frozen and all messages and services inaccessible, we finally got this sorted with the bank and paid, but not to use the service we had to pay for the period we wwre frozen then again to reinstate the account.&#10;&#10;Essentially they made 3x $199 (3months) for 33 days of service, while the payment system stopped us from being able to pay and we explained this to them that we shouldn't be penalized for this but they disagreed.&#10;&#10;We tried to reason that we tried to pay and sorting out the payments with the bank had cost us time, we asked if we could just have the service for the period we paid for since we didn't flag them as suspicious and we paid for that period. They refused.

> **Pros**: It is very easy to use, the documentation on the website is very complete and also there are many videos on YouTube, you can connect a lot of channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, FB, IG and many more.

> **Cons**: In case you are more advanced in to APIs or Webhooks, the only thing I don't like is that with the API you can not download photos. But that is something you can do on the browser or in the app.
