# WorkBase PH

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/660062/WorkBase-PH

> WorkBase PH gives employers three ways to hire Filipino remote talent: post a job and hire yourself for $29 one-time, have our team hire for you for one flat fee per hire (Done-For-You Hiring), or have us manage your hire month to month, including payroll, attendance and replacements (Managed Hire).

If you're a small business owner, startup founder, or solo entrepreneur who needs to bring on a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, or customer support rep without wading through hundreds of anonymous freelancer profiles, WorkBase PH is built for you.

Instead of bidding wars, subscription paywalls, or per-message fees, you pay one flat $29 fee to post a job — and that's it. No recurring charges, no commission taken from what you pay your hire. From the moment you post, AI-powered smart matching starts surfacing Filipino freelancers and specialists whose skills and experience fit the role, so you're reviewing a short, relevant list instead of an open flood of applications. Most employers move from posting to a shortlist within 24 hours.

Profiles can include a video or audio introduction, an internet speed test, equipment details, and a work-style assessment, and complete profiles with an intro are shown first, so you can get a sense of how someone communicates before you send a message. Candidates are not hand-screened on the $29 plan; if you'd rather have our team source, interview and shortlist for you, Done-For-You Hiring is available for a flat fee per hire, quoted up front.

Once you find the right fit, you message and interview candidates directly inside the platform — full applicant profiles and contact details are visible from day one, with no paywall blocking you from reaching out. Support is available by email and through the chat on our website. WorkBase PH is DTI \& BIR registered in the Philippines, and covers roles including virtual assistants, executive assistants, customer support reps, bookkeepers, social media managers, and Shopify/e-commerce specialists.
