Keep project decisions, customer briefs, research, runbooks and working notes in one place. Connect your AI client through Hjarni's built-in MCP server, then ask it to search and read relevant notes before answering, or create and update notes as work progresses. The notes persist between conversations and remain available when you change assistants.

People can create, edit and organize notes directly through the web, iOS and Android apps. The knowledge base includes nested folders, tags, wiki-links, full-text search, file attachments and version history. Folder-level AI instructions carry project conventions into connected workflows. Content changes are attributed to the person or client that made them, and earlier versions can be restored.

Team workspaces give members a shared note library across different AI clients. Viewer, editor and admin roles control editing and management per folder. Scoped agent tokens provide read or write access to selected folders. A documented REST API is available for scripts, automations and custom integrations.

Import notes from Obsidian or a folder of Markdown files using a ZIP archive, and export your notes in Markdown whenever you need them. Hjarni hosts the knowledge base in Germany and runs the MCP server for you. Documentation and email support are available.

The Free plan includes 25 personal notes, MCP and REST API access, version history, and import and export. Pro adds unlimited personal notes, more attachment capacity, email capture and shared personal folders. Teams adds a separate shared workspace with member management and per-seat billing; teams can start with 25 shared notes free.
