> **Pros**: The simplicity is the whole point and it actually delivers on it. Starting a timer, logging hours manually, switching between projects,  none of it requires figuring anything out. The free tier is genuinely usable which is rare, most tools gut the free version to the point where it is just a trial. Reports are clean and give you a clear picture of where time is going across projects and team members without needing to dig around.

> **Cons**: The deeper you go the more you notice the rough edges. Editing time entries in bulk is clunkier than it should be and the project structure can get hard to manage once you have a lot of clients and tasks stacked up. The integrations work but feel bolted on rather than native. Some of the more useful reporting features are behind the paid plan which is fair but the jump in functionality between tiers is not always proportional to the price jump.

> It was the first time tracking tool that the team actually stuck with. Previous attempts with other tools failed because the friction of logging time was higher than the benefit felt. Clockify flipped that. It stays out of the way and just captures what you need. It is not the most powerful tool in the category but for a team that needs reliable time tracking without a steep learning curve or a steep price tag it is hard to argue against.

> **Pros**: One of my favorite features is the ability to quickly export detailed time reports. I'm a freelancer and have some clients who require detailed reports, so I like that it's really easy to do.

> **Pros**: I use Clockify daily and recommend this product to most of my clients.  Clockify is easy to use, cost effective and a usefull tool when it comes to task management and client billing.  One of the best things about this product is that it can be tailored to specific needs.  I love that there are multiple subscription levels so most people can just pay for the features they need.  Clockify also offers free basic time tracking.  Once I started using the free version, I was able to really look at where my time was spent and realized I was not using my time as efficiently and profitably as I thought. I also use the mobile app to track time, billing and driving when I consult with clients out of the office.

> **Cons**: I have not find anything I do not like about Clockify but I also do not use any of the advanced features or highler subcription levels.  The time tracking features, reporting and mobile app are perfect for my needs to help me manage my business and small team of contractors.

> **Pros**: Excellent platform for breaking down your time across multiple projects. In terms of value for money it is reasonably priced - not to high but recommend using the free version till you and your team get a feel for how you want to incorporate it. Very easy to use and has a simple intuitive navigation. There are some lags across multiple devices but that is to be expected when using it in that manner.

> **Cons**: In terms of issues - main one is it is not easy to add additional time stamps whilst system is running - you need to stop current timer - add the additional ones and then restart. There is also an issue with limited connectivity with other apps. A useful addition would be a scheduling option for future time budgets or at least

> Works well for what it does. If you just need to record how you spend your time over a number of projects and then happy to use other systems or apps for analysis or projections- this one is for you.
