- **Pricing Details**: BrightSide charges a one time $1,000 setup fee. The monthly subscription is based on the number of units, starting at $160 for 10 active rental properties. You may have less than 10 units, but our minimum charge is $160 per month.&#10;&#10;Our pricing structure:&#10;&#10;The first 25 units are $16.00 per unit.&#10;Units between 26 -50 are $12.00 per unit.&#10;Units more than 51 are $10.00 per unit.&#10;&#10;For example, if you have a total of 52 units, units 1 to 25 are $16 each, units 26 to 50 are $12 each, and units 51 and 52 are $10 each, for a total of $720 per month.&#10;&#10;We do not charge any fees for add on services like texting, email, or digital signatures. This is a great value for your Airbnb, VRBO and other hotel management businesses. I also love the additional feature of texting with the guests as a form of communication through this software.

> **Pros**: How much it helped organize and streamline our day-to-day business and data.  Our software before Brightside was good for property ownership but not management.  Now we can manage our business, create reports, look ahead and plan for changes.

But a few times I've had to call or email for support because I couldn't figure something out. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have always been prompt to respond.  Knowing that I can reach out to them for guidance is a huge benefit.
