> Have used Primedental for over 5 years. Absolutely simple to learn. New staff quickly learn it because it so intuitively obvious with its functions. Charting is simple. Perio recording is detailed and extensive.  Treatment planning is also extensive an simple to perform. Receipting of payments especially when multiple family members are are processed together can be very involved and time consuming.Recall set up is not well organized except for email recalls which are simple to set up and make changes to email messages. I have used more expensive dental software and stll feel Primedental is my preffered sotware.Support is complete and proffesional although in the 5 years I have only needed to obtain support on 2 occasions. Negatives for me are my preference for the patient's financial balance to be visible in the appointment module. And digital xray images and digital images not saving directly into the patient's records. Overall a highly recommended dental management software.
