The reports that can be generated through Cezanne are very useful for my monthly reports that I run for the managers. These can easily seperated into different departments. > > **Cons**: The mobile app. Needs a lot of updates so that it has more functionality similar to the browser version. > > Good. Its doesn't have the best reporting capabilities, but the good thing is that it is always improving. Reporting in HR is critical, so this is the one area I would like to see more improvements in. > > We have had Cezanne since 2018. We have teams in UK, Lithuania, Netherlands and Scandinavia and all our employees are within Cezanne. This makes it easy for us to have the information at our finger tips. We have grown considerably since implementing Cezanne and it has grown with us.
