Good features for the price, it does what we need it to
Pros
The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.
Cons
Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

Cezanne Review
We've been using Cezanne for our HR needs, for two years now and it's been an excellent experience overall. The system is incredibly easy to navigate, making it user-friendly even for team members who are less tech-savvy. The implementation process was smooth and efficient from Cezanne.
One of the features I particularly like is the ability to create and customise reports. These reports are straightforward to generate and easy to understand, which saves us a lot of time when analysing HR data.
Customer service has been fantastic as well. Whenever we’ve needed support, the Cezanne team has been responsive and helpful, which adds a lot of value to the product. As for pricing, it’s quite reasonable given the range of features and customisation options available.
In summary, Cezanne is a reliable, customisable, and cost-effective HRIS solution. I highly recommend it for companies looking for an HR tool that's both easy to set up and easy to use.

Cezanne not very intuitive
Nearly a year and still trying to get to grips with it

For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.

To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky

Cezanne has been a great help to the company
From the start I have had fantastic support from the team who have helped us to set up to make things work for us.
Pros
It has simplified a lot of the HR admin that we used to do manually.
Cons
There are occasional things that are not intuitive but the helpdesk is super quick at helping you work things out.

Overall, our experience with CezanneHR has been very positive. The platform has streamlined key HR functions like payroll, onboarding, and performance management, making them much more efficient and easier to manage. The payroll feature is particularly reliable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness every pay cycle.
