> **Pros**: Patient communication and customer support. Came in helpful when a weekend snowfall caused us to close our office Monday morning.

> **Cons**: Unsure how to schedule Blast message time frame. I wanted to send the message immediately and wasn't sure what send option to choose, or even if that option was available. Also need to understand which phone number is called from the two available.

> Overall positive. I think it is a great app for patient communication. It was also less expensive than the system we used prior to switching to Inphonite.
