Easy and Helpful
It is a online a platform where can upload the invoices it will go to the respective defined approver for approval, once it is approved, the invoice are good to go for payment.
Before using Procurement express, We had to actually manage the hard copies of the invoices and maintain the excel file for records, ProcurementExpress helped a lot to store invoices at one platform and hence managing invoices becomes easy.
Pros
Easy to upload invoice, supports almost types of files, can download CSV file to analyse quickly, Stored data at one platform, can be accessible from anywhere, Good customer support.
Cons
It doesn't give option to put tax amount manually.

The reason for the fixed tax rate is that manually entering tax makes it too easy for people to ignore/forget about adding tax. You can add any number of tax rates in the company settings.

Best in this space - 2 years on!
We've used Procurement Express for almost two years and in my decades of experience, I have never found a better solution for purchase requests, POs, and service in this space. The adoption has been incredible as well.
Pros
It is very easy to use and the customer service going forward has just been incredible.
Cons
Setting it up took a little longer than expected but once I did, my team and I were able to make changes on the fly to make it suitable for our evolving needs.

This program is fairly easy and straight forward to use. The only real issue we have with this is the inability to write Change Orders to an existing PO. Having to write another PO to our vendor can sometimes be very confusing to their billing departments and gets our commitments scrambled at times.

Super excited about this product
Set up and implementation has progressed nicely with hands on training from Procurement Express. Customer service is easier to talk to than any software company I've dealt with.
Pros
Being able to customize the software to capture the information that is important to us, has been a gamechanger. Everything about this software has been easy, customer service is great and friendly and the price point is well worth it for the value. Highly recommend for any business looking to track and streamline spending.
Cons
So far... I've found no cons.... The software is user friendly

A excellent program
Overall this is an amazing tool and an awesome addition to our company. The live customer support is fantastic they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they respond very quickly.
Pros
The ease of use it’s very easy to navigate and the live customer service is amazing I give this company a 10/10 stars.
Cons
So far nothing has been bad I really don’t have any negative thoughts.
