> **Pros**: I like that I can use all of my rates with the carriers in one place, the system automatically tracks them all and pulls the documents from the carrier's website.

> **Cons**: Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.
> 
> Overall, it solves going to each carrier's website and keeping all of the LTL information in one place.

> **Pros**: I can easily connect with our company system, and the customer service team is always available to help us with any issues. The brokerage option with CH Robinson also provides us with very good rates, which has been a great support for our shipping operations.

> **Cons**: The auditing section on the website only shows some freight companies, not all the carriers we work with. Because of this, I have to check different sections and systems to find the correct payment or invoice for each bill.
> 
> My experience has been generally positive when using the system to connect with our company operations, as customer service is always available and helpful whenever issues come up. The brokerage option has also been useful, helping us secure good freight rates.

However, the auditing section of the website needs improvement because it only shows some of the freight companies we work with. This means I often have to check different areas and systems to locate the correct invoices and payments for each bill, which slows down the process.

> **Pros**: Freightview has allowed us to consolidate all our LTL freight quotes into one, easily viewable page, allowing us to choose what is best for our client, whether that is the best value, the fastest carrier, or something in between. Customer support has been phenomenal, and all my emails and issues get resolved the same day. Invoicing is easy to view, navigate, and notice discrepancies, and enabling email notifications on pickups has allowed me to ensure I ALWAYS know when a carrier has missed the pickup. It's a great, secure platform, with little to no bugs or issues, and is a fantastic way to manage your freight orders.

> **Cons**: My biggest, and possibly only, caveat about Freightview is that I cannot validate residential or commercial address with the system itself.
> 
> Freightview has been fantastic. Logging on, getting instant quotes, booking, getting the labels and documents together, and finalizing the shipment takes minutes at most, with most of the headache from shopping around for quotes completely removed. I can't recommend this software enough. No more 3PLs bothering you, this neutral TMS platform solves everything.
