> **Pros**: It is very easy to use and transferring data from our old system was easier, considering that when you are implementing a new system, the transfer of data is task an a half on its own. 
Managing BOM \& Process changes is a breeze, (although a lot of work has gone into making it right), but is saves so much time.
Support is always there for any issues that might arise and a lot of features that we had requested were developed for our needs.
My most favourite feature is the integration \& automation capabilities. I just love them and the possibilities are endless.

> **Cons**: We have faced a lot of bugs during the implementation period, but this mostly to all the new features that we requested, but it has made it harder for our production team to follow through.
I would prefer a slightly faster turn around time for new feature requests, but I suppose you can't rush these things.

> Our experience has been positive and it was definitely worth switching and the support we have received has been extremely helpful. 
We have still more features requested and the team has already been working on, so really looking forward for those.
