ConnectPOS syncs data between online and physical stores in real time. Users can also check stock availability by product name, product ID, SKU and barcode. Additionally, the solution allows stores to collect partial payments from customers at the time of purchase and pay the remaining amount later through a variety of payment methods.


Users can generate consolidated reports for their online and offline stores that can be downloaded to analyze business performance. The dashboard provides various business metrics that can be filtered to extract reports. Other features include customer profile creation, product promotion management, receipt templates, tax calculations and more.


Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Support is provided through an online ticketing system.

> **Pros**: THey offer 24/7 customer service with a hotline and a whatsapp group for immediate assistance. In addition, the team is very willing to work with you on customizations if you need and find solutions so your onboarding is a success.

> **Cons**: The interface is broken up to different domains, it's not always easy to find the settings you are looking for and it seems that sometimes settings revert back from what you set them to.

> Mixed. I really like the customer support and their willingness to work with you and find solutions to the issues you face, on the other hand the support requires them to fix things on your end and not theirs which if you have a long line of customers in front of you makes it very difficult to troubleshoot. In addition large catalogs have very specific settings that need to be set in order for it to function.

> **Pros**: It installed on our tablets and looked great. That's about all the positive notes we can provide.

> **Cons**: It was typically non-functional and very prone to producing errors. This is a big, BIG deal when dealing with customer's money.

> Poor. The customer service was quick, but ineffectual. The software was never able to be deployed after months and months of development. We wasted hundreds of hours trying to make something work. 

ConnectPOS stole our money and never provided a functional software package.
