It is built for businesses that outgrew their spreadsheet but not the flexibility it gave them. The data table works the way a spreadsheet does: click a cell, type, paste a column from Excel. The same records switch to a drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline with time-in-stage tracking. Record pages carry an activity timeline, notes, linked records and comments.

Every workspace gets Company, Person, Deal and Lead objects out of the box, with 80+ built-in fields on Company and 20+ field types including currency, phone, addresses, relations and ratings. Custom objects and fields need no developer and no support ticket.

Two-way Gmail sync on every plan, with attachments. CSV and Excel import with visual column mapping, CSV and JSON export at any time, even after cancellation.
