How it works
1. Create your chart. Start from a blank canvas or from an event-specific template for a wedding, conference, corporate dinner or classroom.
2. Design the layout. Drag round and rectangular tables onto the canvas, add seats, and mark up the room with areas, walls, text labels, icons and images so the plan matches the real venue. Import your guest list from Excel instead of retyping it, then let the automatic distribution algorithm seat everyone across the tables in one click and adjust by hand from there.
3. Collect responses. Share a public link or a scannable code. Guests find their own name, confirm or decline, add a plus-one and record dietary needs or answers to any custom question you add. Responses flow straight back into the chart, so the plan is never out of date.
4. Print and check in. Export a print-ready document for the venue and a spreadsheet guest list for the caterer, send branded invitation, confirmation and reminder emails in your own wording, and scan guests in at the door using the code from their invite.
