> NovoDivisas is currency exchange management software built for one specific business: the exchange house. Not a generic point-of-sale adapted after the fact, but a system designed around how a teller window actually works, from opening the cash drawer in the morning to handing the regulator its report at month end.

Who it's for

Independent exchange houses and multi-branch operators across Latin America: Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Ecuador. It fits the single cambista working one window as naturally as the group running a dozen branches with a compliance officer and an accountant. More than 345 businesses run their daily operation on it, and we have been building it since 2019.

What makes it different

Profit you can actually trust. Most systems tell you how much you moved. NovoDivisas tells you how much you earned. Every sale is valued against the real moving-average cost of the currency you were holding, including overnight carry and short positions, instead of being estimated against the day's rate.

Compliance as a by-product of operating well. Screening against restrictive lists, accumulated-threshold checks and sworn declarations of fund origin all happen inside the transaction, before it can close. When month end arrives, the Operations Report required by Peru's banking regulator is already assembled from what was captured at the window. Nobody re-types anything.

Cash that balances the same day. Currency trades, vault movements, bank deposits, Western Union and MoneyGram transfers, service payments and branch expenses all run through one cash circuit. At close, the teller counts, the system compares, and any shortage or overage appears immediately, recorded with the name of whoever closed it.

Electronic invoicing built in. Receipts and invoices are issued and filed with Peru's tax authority from the same screen, and the customer gets the ticket printed or by WhatsApp without anyone copying a phone number into another system.
