Whether there is a facilities team or one person on reception, nobody needs "systems administrator" in their job title to run it.&#10;&#10;Two schedulers, use one or both&#10;&#10;The Space Scheduler handles whatever you hire out by the hour or the day: meeting rooms, halls, courts, studios, desks, tables, pitches. You see what is free, you book it, and the system refuses a clash instead of letting you find out about it afterwards. Recurring bookings are set up once. Room layouts, add-ons and your own pricing rules are all yours to configure, and bookings can be held for approval before they are confirmed.&#10;&#10;The Session Scheduler is for people's time: classes, appointments, one-to-ones. Each provider has their own calendar and their own attendee list, with a cap so a class cannot be oversold.&#10;&#10;Some places will want both. A leisure centre hires out its courts and runs classes in them. Each has a review date, an email goes out before it falls due, and every earlier version is kept.&#10;&#10;Accessible to staff and customers&#10;&#10;We have tested the whole system against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including the portal your customers use. Every screen works from a keyboard and with a screen reader, anything you can drag can also be done another way, and invoices are tagged PDFs that a screen reader can follow.
