It is made for barbershops, hair salons, beauty studios and tattoo artists: physical businesses that live on appointments and have no technical team. A one-person studio and a four-shop chain both fit. Each location keeps its own opening hours, its own team and its own calendar, and the owner sees all of them in a single panel.

The first thing that changes for most owners is that clients stop booking by message. Every business gets its own page, on its own domain and with its own branding, where clients book by themselves at any hour. Each professional has a separate calendar, so two clients can never take the same slot, and clients can reschedule or cancel from a client portal without phoning the shop.

Behind the counter, Tapinfy calculates each professional's commission automatically, keeps the full history of every client including no-shows, and sends confirmation and reminder emails without anyone pressing a button.

Pricing is a single all-in-one plan: 19 EUR/month for one location and one collaborator, 8 EUR/month per extra collaborator and 10 EUR/month per extra location. Tapinfy never charges a commission per booking. A 7-day free trial is available and requires a credit card to start.

Support is direct. Tapinfy is run by a small team in Porto, Portugal, and when you call, you speak to the people who build the product. The platform is available in Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), English, Spanish and French, and serves businesses in Portugal and Brazil.
