At its core is a contact base that holds buyers and sellers in one place and keeps their history over time. When a new property comes in, Papiris checks it against buyers' criteria and surfaces the contacts it matches, so negotiators call the people who are actually looking for that kind of property rather than working through a full list.

Mandates are created, tracked, and stored in an electronic register, so every listing agreement has a clear status and a history you can follow. Each sale then moves through a pipeline that shows where a deal stands, what is holding it up, and what needs to happen next.

Listings publish to more than 200 property portals from a single entry. Update a photo, a description, or a price once and the change carries across every portal instead of being re-entered by hand.

Incoming calls can be linked to the matching contact through telephony integration, so an agent sees who is calling and logs the conversation in the same place. Appointments sync with Google Calendar, and other calendars receive standard ICS invitations, which keeps viewings and meetings in one agenda.

Papiris is the center of a wider set of tools. Compagnon, the mobile app, gives negotiators their listings, contacts, and visits while they are out in the field, and lets them document a viewing on the spot. The Ideeri client app gives buyers and sellers their own space to follow a project as it progresses. An agency website is included in the subscription and draws on the same data, so the listings shown online stay current.

Support runs through a ticketing system, with a named contact during onboarding so an agency has help at each step from setup to daily use.
