Breakdown is free for standard use, including automatic app discovery, seven-day issue history, evidence reports, and basic AI-powered diagnosis. Pro adds extended history, Diagnostics, Explorer, network-path and ASN topology, advanced controls, and higher AI limits. Email support, documentation, FAQs, and a knowledge base are available. Breakdown monitors network metadata and health signals locally; it does not inspect call audio or video, messages, or document contents.
