Sole traders and firms of one to ten people: masons, carpenters, roofers, plumbers, electricians, and independent garages. Usually one or two people handle the paperwork, often in the evening, and they need a compliant document quickly rather than an ERP to configure.

What makes it different
Construction billing is handled natively. Jafy issues deposit invoices, then progress invoices as a percentage of the job, automatically deducting what has already been billed, then the closing invoice. Warranty retention is tracked through to handover. Quotes are structured with headings, sub-headings and drag-and-drop lines, and a saved milestone plan turns into the matching invoice in one click.

The garage mode stores each customer's vehicles (plate, model, VIN, mileage) and pre-fills repair orders linked to the corresponding quote.

An AI agent creates, edits, corrects and rewrites quotes and invoices by voice or keyboard, creates customer records, retrieves the right quote template from your library, and answers questions about the application. It will not alter a finalised invoice: it directs you to a credit note instead, as French law requires.

Compliance and support
Finalised documents are locked and auditable. Jafy is connected to B2Brouter, an accredited platform, and receives Factur-X electronic invoices. Data is hosted in France. Support is by email, answered within 24 hours by the people who write the software.
