> EmbayLMS is built for the person who owns training at a Canadian organization and has to prove it happened. Usually that is an L\&amp;D or HR lead at a mid-market or regulated employer: finance, insurance, healthcare, construction, manufacturing or the public sector. If your workforce is bilingual, or a client or a regulator has asked for training records in French as well as English, the fit is direct.&#10;&#10;What makes it different&#10;&#10;Bilingual is the design, not a setting. English and Canadian French run across the learner interface, admin tools, notification emails and PDF certificates, from one course library. You do not maintain a parallel French tenant, and your francophone staff do not train in a half-translated product.&#10;&#10;The SCORM engine is ours. SCORM 1.2 and 2004, cmi5 with a built-in Learning Record Store, and legacy AICC (HACP) all run natively, with no third-party player underneath. Existing packages import and play. You can also build straight from video, audio, PDF, Office documents and HTML5.&#10;&#10;Learning data is hosted in Canada, on AWS ca-central-1 in Montreal. Core learning records and your user directory stay at rest in Canada, which is usually the first question procurement asks.&#10;&#10;Pricing is by active user rather than by seat. You pay for the people who actually used the platform in the period, so a large directory of infrequent learners does not cost the same as a full-time workforce. Prices are in Canadian dollars.&#10;&#10;What you can do with it&#10;&#10;Enroll individually, in bulk, by group or by self-enrollment, with waitlists, seat caps and prerequisites. Sequence courses into paths with due dates and locked progression. Set recurring assignments so annual recertification schedules itself, with overdue escalation to managers. Run instructor-led and virtual sessions through Zoom or Google Meet, where the meeting is created on publish and attendance is captured. Issue PDF certificates with expiry dates that feed the next recertification cycle.&#10;&#10;On the reporting side: completion and overdue dashboards, standard completion, assessment, attendance, manager and team reports, audit-ready transcripts, an append-only audit log you can export yourself, and one-click CSV or Excel export. A report builder with scheduled email delivery is available on higher plans.&#10;&#10;For access and identity: SAML 2.0, OIDC, Google and Microsoft sign-in, SCIM provisioning on higher plans, TOTP multi-factor authentication on every plan, seven built-in roles plus custom roles. White-label branding puts your logo, colours, domain and email sender in front of learners instead of ours. A built-in storefront on Stripe Connect lets you sell courses, with revenue paid out to your own Stripe account.&#10;&#10;Getting started, and getting help&#10;&#10;You can create a workspace yourself, with no credit card and no sales call. The Free plan is free forever, and paid plans include a one-month trial with no card required.&#10;&#10;If you are moving from another LMS, the Switcher Program includes CSV importers that preserve your original completion dates, so your training history survives the migration.&#10;&#10;Support is by email, in English and Canadian French, from a Canadian team, with priority response on paid plans.
