The platform was created by a former lender to regulated professions, with seven years and more than 210 million euros in financed projects behind its models. Firms rely on Impera across the whole advisory lifecycle. Eighteen expert modules span business valuation, ownership transfer, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, SCI real-estate arrangements, holding structures and conversion to SEL companies, among others. The valuation module alone runs eight recognised methods -- DCF, EBITDA multiples, adjusted net assets, market comparables, Gordon-Shapiro, the practitioners' method, goodwill annuity and sector scales -- reconciled into a defensible transaction range. On the tax side it natively produces the 2050 and 2035 forms, computes TNS self-employed contributions, and supports the IS, IR and micro regimes.

Data entry is designed to disappear. The platform reads several FEC accounting files at once and identifies the relevant client on its own, and it ingests tax returns in PDF or EDI. Imports and exports line up with Cegid, Sage, Pennylane, ACD and Fulll, so Impera slots into an existing stack rather than replacing it. Deliverables leave the tool as Excel, PDF or editable Word files.

To shorten analysis, open data ships built in: over 200 sector templates, more than 160 industry benchmarks, and French property data (DVF). A firm can position a client against its market and build a defensible narrative in minutes rather than hours.
