# Bidwin-AI

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/563463/Bidwin-AI

> Who Bidwin Core is for

Bidwin Core does one job: it helps you write UK public-sector bids and tenders. It suits a bid manager working alone, a small team sharing the load, or a director who writes bids alongside running the organisation. Typical users are training providers, employment and skills organisations, care and health providers, charities and smaller companies bidding to councils, combined authorities, NHS bodies and government departments.

The situation it is built for is a familiar one. Your organisation is the right one for this contract. The evidence is somewhere in the shared drive. And there are three days to find it and set it out in the shape the scoring matrix wants. Writing bids well is a different skill from doing the work, and it is one most organisations cannot afford to buy in for every tender.

What it does

You put the tender pack, your evidence and any past winning bids into one folder. Bidwin Core reads the pack and returns a plan as a Word document: every scored question, what it is worth, the word limit, the criteria the evaluator will mark against, and which of your files already answers it. You then draft section by section, in your own house style, learned from bids you have already won.

What it will not do

It will not invent evidence. Where your files cannot support a claim, it says so in the draft and asks you for the material, rather than writing a confident sentence that turns out not to be true. Every figure points back to the file it came from, so the work can be checked before an evaluator checks it. Before submission it reviews the draft against the tender requirements and hands back an ordered list of fixes.

Who it will not suit

It is built for UK public-sector procurement and assumes that shape of tender. If you bid mainly overseas, or your bids are short private-sector proposals, the fit is weaker. It drafts and reviews; it does not submit for you or complete portal forms. It also assumes someone who knows the organisation is reading what comes out. Teams who want a strong first draft to work from get the most from it.

What comes with it

A guided setup walks you through your first tender, so nothing feels daunting on day one. Email support and every update for twelve months are included, along with one guided tender setup worked through with you one to one. The licence covers one bid professional. It is a single payment rather than a subscription, nothing renews automatically, and if you never renew you keep the version you have.

What is needed to run it

Bidwin Core installs into your own Claude account, so the tender pack, your evidence and your drafts stay in folders on your own computer. A current Claude subscription is required and is billed by Anthropic. Nothing is uploaded to a supplier server, which matters when the material is commercially sensitive and a buyer asks how AI was used.

Where it has been used

Blue Apple Training used Bidwin Core on a Leeds City Council tender: seven scored method statements to write, a thousand words apiece, two days to do it in. Setting the folder up took minutes and the first draft came back in three hours, leaving the directors time to read it properly, comment and sign it off inside a day. The contract was awarded three weeks later. One documented win rather than a rate, and an experienced bid manager ran the bid.

The practice behind the software is Mark Cosens', a specialist UK bid and tender professional whose clients have won more than 150 million pounds in public, charitable and private sector contracts. What gets installed is his method, written down so it runs the same way every time.

Bidding should not be easy. Something real is decided when a public contract is awarded, and a tender anyone could win on writing alone would be worth less. What changes here is narrower than that. The proof you already hold becomes something you can get onto the page in the time you actually have.

## About the vendor

- **Company**: Bidwin-AI

## Commercial Context

- **Pricing model**: Flat Rate
- **Pricing Details**: Bidwin Core is licensed to one bid professional and bought outright. There is no subscription. One payment of £349 at the founder rate covers one user. The standard rate is £499.

What the payment buys

The Bidwin Core plugin, permanently. The licence grants indefinite use of the version delivered, so if it is never renewed the installed version carries on working. Twelve months of updates and email support run from the date of purchase, together with a guided tender setup worked through one to one, and Bidwin Watch, the tender opportunity finder, normally £199 a year.

Nothing auto-renews, and no further payment is taken without being asked for. A renewal buys another twelve months of updates and support. It does not buy continued access, because access is already permanent. Renewing matters because Bidwin runs on Claude and Claude keeps changing. Anyone who joins at the founder rate keeps that rate on renewal, after the standard licence has moved to £499.

What else is needed

Bidwin Core installs into the buyer's own Claude subscription, which is billed separately by Anthropic at around £18 a month. That is the only recurring cost involved, and it is not paid to Cosens Consult. Bidwin Watch additionally uses Google Chrome with the free Claude extension, because it reaches the live tender portals directly.

Delivery

The plugin files, guides and licence are emailed after payment, usually within a few working hours. There is no account to create and no platform to be provisioned on. Installation is into an existing Claude account, and drafting can begin the same day.

Team licences

One licence covers one bid professional, and further licences can be added at the point of purchase. An organisation wanting a single version tuned to its own evidence base and house style across a team is quoted separately.

Optional services

These sit on top of a Core licence and are arranged case by case. None of them is required to use the software.

Guided tender setup, £50 per tender. One is included with the founder plan. The licence allows each tender to be set up without help; this is for anyone who would rather be walked through the process the first few times.

Bid consultant support, priced on enquiry. Review of draft responses, response plans, evidence gaps and overall quality by the bid professional whose method the software encodes. A fully managed bid service is arranged on the same basis.

Skill development and AI coaching, priced on enquiry. Skills built around an organisation's own workflow, with one-to-one coaching for the team.

Guarantee

Thirty days, money back. A buyer purchasing as a consumer waives the fourteen-day cancellation right once file delivery begins, which is confirmed at checkout. The thirty-day guarantee is unaffected, as are statutory rights if the content is faulty.
