When you win, one click converts the bid into a job — the budget seeds itself from the bid sheet, and the client proposal, schedule of values, and contract paperwork are generated from the same numbers, so the math on every document agrees because it is the same math.

Running the job, your team gets scheduling, tasks, RFIs, daily logs, punch lists, photos, drawings, and a full submittal workflow — received tracking, transmittals to the architect, and one-click submittal logs you can hand an owner. Cost control tracks budget against committed contracts and actual spend, with change orders folded in. Billing supports plain invoicing and formal progress billing. For service and cost-plus work, Time \& Material jobs start empty and bill what they spend: scanned invoices and receipts flow straight onto the job's cost sheet, you set the markup, and one button turns it into the client's invoice.
