- In-app chat: a single communication channel between field teams and admins, replacing scattered calls, WhatsApp, and SMS threads.

- Network module: umbrella organizations and funders can invite member NGOs onto a shared network, viewing real-time aggregated stats while member data stays private and consent-gated.

Security and compliance: Terriqon publishes a Data Protection Note and full sub-processor list, and is built with role-based access control, PII-aware handling in AI report generation, and a documented Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DPA for enterprise and NGO procurement review.
