It suits small businesses, freelancers and sole traders — consultancies, agencies, trades, professional services and small retailers — where the owner, an office manager or an external bookkeeper handles invoicing and the books directly, rather than a finance team.

Create and send estimates, quotes, proposals, proforma invoices, invoices, purchase orders, bills, delivery notes, and debit and credit notes. Every document exports as a clean PDF, with your own branding on paid plans.

Share any document with your customer by link. They view it, download the PDF, accept or reject it, and message you back, without creating an account of their own. Add a one-time code by email for acceptance if you want a stronger record. Every view, download and acknowledgement is logged with a timestamp.

Reporting covers Profit \& Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Cost of Goods Sold, Cost of Goods Manufactured, SG\&A, Equity and Retained Earnings. These are not summaries of your invoice list: every document posts to a real double-entry ledger as you work, so the balance sheet balances and the reports are always current. Stock levels are tracked per product across branches. Purchase bills add stock, invoices draw it down, and manual adjustments handle stocktakes and corrections.
