> **Pros**: Spark has proven to be an excellet value for money tool. It is providing the types of functionality I expect from platforms four times the cost. The platform itself is intuative to use, easy to setup and once running has helped me reduce my invetory on hand, free up cash flow and allowed me to redisribute capital into my growth initiatives. The ability to forecast PO quanity and timings with ease and automate workflows has been a gamechanger for my business.

> **Cons**: The platform was missing an intergration when I was onboarding. The Spark team were able to work with me to address this and add the missing intergation within 24 hours. I've not had any blockers since.
