> I run my own practice. That means I'm the therapist, the biller, the scheduler, basically everything. Most software doesn't get that. Ritaja does.

The dictation thing changed my evenings. I talk after a session, it drafts the note, I clean it up in a few clicks. Few minutes, done. Used to take me half an hour, sometimes more, after a long day.

There's also this little companion that pops up between sessions. Shows me what I need before the next client walks in. No more digging through old notes last minute.

And small stuff too — reminds me to drink water, stand up, eat lunch. Sounds silly but when you're solo, nobody else is looking out for you. This did.

This platform is evolving, very helpful support team. Worth trying if you're tired of software that forgets you're a person too.
