The audio is then redubbed, so a job recorded in German plays back in a fluent Polish voice with matching subtitles. Switching language mid-video brings all three with it.&#10;&#10;Asking instead of Searching&#10;&#10;The assistant answers from your library and nothing else. Each reply cites its source and links to the second of footage it came from, so the answer can be watched rather than trusted. Point it at everything, one collection or a single recording, and set its tone and limits. Ask by voice when hands are busy. It runs in the app, on public pages, in embeds and on WhatsApp.&#10;&#10;The measured effect is large: an AI assistant grounded in real work lifted output 14% on average, and 34% among the least experienced staff (Brynjolfsson, Li and Raymond, Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025).&#10;&#10;Seeing what is missing&#10;&#10;The library has collections, a category tree, filters and optional approval before publishing. More usefully, the knowledge graph works as a coverage map: a heatmap shows what is well documented, and blind-spot detection lists unresolved symptoms and undocumented components.
