Alerts reach you where you work - rich email, Slack, HMAC-signed webhooks, and SMS - with escalation policies and maintenance windows so planned work never pages anyone.

Every tier includes public status pages for communicating with your users during incidents; the Scale tier adds white-label status pages on your own custom domain, which agencies use to offer monitoring as a branded service to clients. Incident management with timelines, multi-user organizations with role-based access, and uptime/latency history with regional breakdowns round out the platform.

The free plan is permanent (10 monitors, commercial use allowed, no credit card). Paid plans are flat-rate from $16/mo with no per-seat pricing, and support is available by email on all tiers with phone support on Scale.
