Still need therapy
Pros
They fixed minor bugs. I still like that I don’t need multiple software to schedule, have payments etc
Cons
Nothing. I like it overall it’s a good software easy to use. Maybe the pricing could be cheaper or better

Great customer service and ease of use
I have been very happy with the cost effective comprehensive record system offered. The notes work for my practice and the reminders and to-do list are helpful. The client portal is useful (I don't use all features such as scheduling so don't know about that area). I do my own billing and it is extremely simple through Therapy Notes.
Pros
TherapyNotes is easy to use as a solo practitioner in private practice. It is affordable and the features offered are extensive for the price. The customer service is top notch - always available with short waits, real people, friendly, helpful, and always follow up when needed.
Cons
I have not been dissatisfied with any of the product for my needs. Any small issues have been quickly resolved and most were user error on my part.

Product Review
Overall, I had a decent working experience with this program. It was not the worst nor was it the best
Pros
This program provided a convenient way to write my notes. it was easy to use and easy to track patients
Cons
I had difficult times using the program. It was not all that intuitive for me, and it took a bit getting used to

Recognizing an exceptional employee
Pros
I want to recognize [sensitive content hidden], a Customer Success Representative, for going above and beyond to fix what I thought was an unfixable problem. I spent hours going back and forth between TherapyNotes and Medicaid, and was completely lost on why I wasn't being reimbursed by this payer. [sensitive content hidden] took extra time away from her already busy desk to troubleshoot with me and offer solutions. Not only did she demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a kind/patient demeanor, and empathetic listening, but she also made sure a plan was in place before ending the call. Her customer service alone is reason enough for me to continue my TherapyNotes subscription.
She is obviously an excellent employee and I hope this organization will recognize her and offer an incentive for her exceptional service. Thanks!
Cons
Increasing monthly price every year. Therapists that renew annually should be offered a financial incentive to renew their subscription.
