> Who Corella is for. Australian NDIS, aged-care, Support at Home and community support providers with roughly 5 to 250 staff, community nursing and allied health practices, support coordinators and plan managers. It is built for Australian funding rules and the SCHADS award.
The problem it solves. Most providers this size run a rostering app, a shared drive, a spreadsheet for compliance and an accounting package, with somebody in the middle retyping between them. Corella brings all of it into one system.
The roster row and the timesheet row are the same record. A support worker clocks off and their hours, travel time and kilometres are already on the timesheet, ready to approve.
What you get. Rostering with group, recurring, rotating and sleepover shifts and SCHADS award checks as you build the roster, and a pay engine that applies loadings, allowances, on-call pay and every state's public holidays. Shift margins on every shift, filled or not. Care plans, progress notes with privacy walls, medication with Webster packs, charts workers record from the shift, incidents reported from the worker's own shift, restrictive practices and risk assessments. NDIS billing with the NDIA bulk payment file checked before it builds and the outcome file read back line by line, Support at Home budgets by quarter, plan management, payroll exports and a Xero connection. Recruitment, training and staff compliance the roster can see, with workers sending renewals from their phone. A free participant and family portal, and a carer app that installs from the browser on any phone.
What makes it different. Every provider gets its own isolated instance and database in Sydney. Everything that keeps people safe is in the base product: incidents, care plans, funding and risk assessments. The award checks and shift margins are arithmetic you can check by hand.
Support and onboarding. Setup and onboarding are included, and we help with migration: what to export from your current system and in what order, how it comes into Corella (client lists import from a spreadsheet), and checking with you what came across. Support replies the same day, every day, including weekends and public holidays.
Price. A$19 per staff user per month, no GST charged, everything included, with an A$149 monthly minimum. Participant and family logins are free and never counted as seats. Paid annually, two months are free.

The billable unit is a staff seat. Participant and family portal logins are free and are never counted, so the price tracks the size of your team rather than the size of your caseload.
There is a A$149 per month account minimum, which covers the real infrastructure cost of running your own isolated instance. Under about eight staff users you pay that floor; beyond it, the price is simply A$19 per staff user.
Paid annually, two months are free - you pay for ten months and get twelve, which works out at about A$15.80 per staff user per month.
Everything is included at that price. There are no feature tiers, so nothing safety-critical sits behind a higher plan - incidents, care plans, funding, forms and risk assessments are all in the base product. The assistive AI features are included rather than sold as an add-on. There is no setup fee, no per-module charge, and no charge for the participant and family portal. Onboarding is included, and we help with migration: what to export from your current system and in what order, how it comes into Corella, and checking with you what came across.
On the free trial: access to a guided demo instance is available on request. It is a real working system loaded with fictional data, not a sales video. There is no self-serve signup, and there is no free version of the product itself.
